• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or paused campaigns

• 14-day written notice required before your next billing cycle
• Services must be paid in full regardless of team activity or responsiveness during an active term
• Client Responsibilities:
• CRM access, lead lists (if applicable), and team availability must be provided
• ISA reps are matched based on your niche and our availability
• Missed coaching or onboarding sessions must be rescheduled within the same billing cycle
